ASSESSMENT OF STUDENTS

Assessment by subject and different test types. The system provides the input control mechanism by respecting the predefined criteria. Registered data is taken when a final mark is calculated in a given algorithm.

STUDENT’S ABSENCE

Monitoring and entering the absence of students from classes is available to subject and headteachers, for the subject or the complete daily entry, respectively. Class teachers, with the provided evidence, justify registered absences from classes.

DISCIPLINE AND BEHAVIOUR OF STUDENTS/h4>

Students’ discipline rate is formed according to the number of unjustified absences from classes, where the limits between the levels of discipline are configurable. Manual discipline corrections improve flexibility in assessing students’ behavior.

EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Creating future events offers multiple participants timely information on activities (teaching or extracurricular) in the educational process. The created events are synchronized with the Office 365 Schedule service, offering event reminder.

CONSULTING HOURS

Headteachers record all the key aspects of the conducted consultations with the target group. Consultations can potentially be announced to participants via a built-in notification mechanism.

STUDENT RECORD

Headteachers, responsible for the assigned classes, may edit student records by entering basic personal information, their state of health and any additional information essential for the process of education.

COMMUNICATION

The information system provides the possibility to communication between teaching staff and another system participant. The communication takes place in the built-in chat system, where the entire conversation is synchronized to the Office 365 Exchange service.

REPORTS

The reporting subsystem covers a set of predefined student progress reports in the
educational process that the teaching staff uses in their daily teaching activities. Supported report formats are .pdf, .docx, .xlxs, where for the last two it is possible to use online services such as Word Online and Excel Online.
