Application segment manages the curriculum and work programs of the school, enabling the recording and monitoring of curricula, classes, standards per subject and a working week of employees.

This application segment also enables efficient monitoring of the lesson number conduct, based on the assigned lessons in a working week, monitoring the engagement of teaching and extracurricular staff and the calculation of their work hour indexes.

The application segment of school curriculum management is in relation to all other logical units of the EdulS application solution, which data are necessary for its smooth operation.

SUBJECT REGISTER AND FORMATION OF SUBJECT GROUP

The formation of the subject group (general educational, occupational, etc.) with required lesson number for group and subject.

CURRICULUM

The formation of the curriculum by the school, by regional units or the study orientation (if secondary school), the weekly number of lessons at the level of the school year.

FORMATION OF LESSON NUMBER

As for secondary school, it may have more
curricula.
The system based on the number of recorded grades and classes in “Electronic diary” for the school year and curriculum calculate the total number of lessons for school / regional unit/study orientation.

STAFF WORK WEEK

Workweek enables the recording of lesson number of teaching and non-teaching staff. Depending on the type of staff, work hours or conducted lessons are registered. Depending on the workplace/school subject that employee teaches, and that has been recorded in human resources, users can notice fields to enter the lesson type.

The system does not allow the entry of a higher number of lessons than it is predicted based on the lesson number and curriculum. In this way, the possibility of error and the uncontrolled addition of extra lessons by employees is minimized.The index of lesson number is automatically recalculated.

REPORTS

The module contains a large number of reports, from those that will facilitate the work of the user and provide additional control, through analytical and statistical ones, to those defined by the competent educational institution such as:

  • the annual curriculum of the teaching staff;
  • list of employees with an index of lesson number, and the presence of employees in classes and in other school activities;
  • the total number of lessons per subject in accordance with the allocated lesson number to an assigned professor;
  • reviewing and printing mandatory materials used in the educational process;

Apart from printing, reports can be exported and saved in the following formats: .doc, .xls, .pdf etc.
