This application segment is intended primarily for administrative
staff in the educational institution, and aims to establish basic
elements for the smooth work of teaching staff.

It is in relation to human resource management segments and curriculum management where specific data is used for the purpose of defining administrative and organizational structures.

INITIAL ADMINISTRATION
Setting the initial parameters needed for the functionality of the dependent sub-segments. Creating an organizational structure, creating administrative orders for sub-segments, entering a school year, code configuring.
PERSONALIZED PANEL
Display information of interest with a possibility of panel segments’ configuration and information displayed in them.
CLASS/ GROUP ADMINISTRATION
At all levels of the educational process of the organization, groups (students) are categorized by orientations and occupations. The competent teaching staff is appointed for each department. Students join specifically created groups.
STUDENT’S RECORD
Student records and creation of student records with all information relevant to the educational process.
PLANNING OF TEACHING ACTIVITIES
Assigning teaching staff by subject and creating a weekly schedule of classes. The set teaching schedule is reflected on the subsegment intended for teaching staff and entry validation.
FORMATION OF THE FINAL MARKS
Automatically calculated marks by classes based
on a predefined algorithm. Possibility to create multiple algorithms for forming final marks. The possibility of manual correction of the final marks. Entering of marks from class and make-up exams.
SEARCH OF USERS
The possibility of the centralized search of all users of the system (students, parents, teaching staff, classes, groups).
REGISTRATION OF A PARENT
The parent registration process involves creating parent accounts, associating students with created parent accounts, and printing of user accounts.
COMMUNICATION
Two-way communication between administrative and teaching staff via the chat system, where all conversations are synchronized with Office 365 Outlook service is enabled.
REPORTS
The reporting subsystem includes a set of predefined student progress reports in the
education process used by administrative staff in day-to-day teaching activities. Supported report formats are .pdf, .docx, .xlxs, and for the latter two, online services such as Word Online and Excel Online can be used.
CERTIFICATES PRINT
Automatic printing of final certificates/diplomas
using predefined patterns.
